Serving Authentic Polish Cuisine in a World-Class Restaurant

	At Taste of Poland, Everything depends on your needs and how much time you would like to spend with us. You can spend a night or two in our five-bedroom guest house with fireplace, or in a motel room or apartment.
	If you decide to stay, expect blintzes for breakfast in the morning...and later during the day, you can go hiking on Crane Mountain, enjoy horseback riding, explore the natural trails on 25 acres of ranch property, canoe on the Hudson River just 5 minutes away, or just sit back and relax on the porch, enjoying pure fresh air and a quiet evening.
	Dine on authentic Polish cuisine by the light of candles and our stone fireplace in the warmth of our knotty-pine dining room. Enjoy pierogies, golambkis, stuffed cabbage, potato pancakes, steak ala Kosciuszko, and more... Try our special dish -- the "Taste of Poland Plate for Two." The dish includes a little bit of everything... cheese and potato pierogis, home-made smoked sausage, potato pancakes, stuffed cabbage, and hunter stew. It comes with a house salad and our secret dressing or home-made soup. You can also order our home-made smoked sausage and grill it yourself over our outside fire!
	Every Saturday we provide a dance party in our "square dance room." You can dance to European and American music including polkas.
	Lake George - the "Queen of American Lakes" is only 20 minutes away - where you can ride on a steamboat, taste the food in many Italian, German, Chinese or Mexican restaurants, or just enjoy walking around the village. Every Thursday during the summer, Lake George's skies light up with fireworks!
